• Where do you ship?
We offer international shipping. International shipping cost is flat 25Eur for standard orders. For bulk frame orders please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
• Can I purchase a high-resolution image to print myself?
Since our pieces mean so much to us, we have to protect their integrity. Therefore, we do not license our images for others to print.
• Can you create a custom print for us?

• Can we place a bulk order for gifts?
Absolutely. In fact, we can fulfil larger orders (e.g. for wedding bonbonieres, corporate gifts, or for decorating larger offices, etc) at a special rate. For bulk orders please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
• What paper do you print on?
All prints are on the highly exclusive Hahnemühle Photo Rag , 308gsm. It is characterised by its extraordinary velvety tactile feel and its fine, clearly defined felt structure, and is one of the most popular papers for fine art prints and museum art reproductions.
• Do you offer frames?
Yes. We offer worldwide delivery of frames, all handmade and expertly handfinished by Guild recognised framers. Our framed prints combine the finest quality materials with the highest levels of craftsmanship. Frames come with Acrylic Plexiglass which provides increased UV protection and less glare than float glass.
• What is your packaging like?
Our unrivalled packaging standards ensure products arrive in perfect condition. Protective sleeves, corner guards and heavy-duty
cardboard boxes minimise the risk of breakages or transit damage.
• What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our artwork, all sales are final. We have a non-returnable and non-refundable policy. However, if you received the wrong order or your order was damaged in transit, please contact us directly.
